"This resort was fantastic for quaint, authentic charm. The rooms were just fantastic to make you feel like you are in traditional Bali. The view of the rice fields was so cool. Just make sure you aren’t expecting a modern upscale resort. This resort is all about charm and character. It is very comfortable and the restaurant food is good. There are some great restaurants close by that you can walk to. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. "

"If youre into quiet serene views, lots of space and being surrounded by nature, far from the hustle and bustle of city life, then Griya is the place for you. We really enjoyed our stay abd the staff were super helpful and friendly. It was during caterpillar season though and part of the "nature" bit included the upsides and downsides...in this case, loads of caterpillars crawling everywhere- you get used to it after a while and they're quick to send someone round to clean up. "We absolutely loved this resort, it’s beautiful and serene and felt very special. I was there on my birthday and they gave me a delicious cake and sang to me. The staff were all incredibly kind and sweet. We regret that we did not have more time to enjoy our stay as it was only for 2 nights."
