Excellent Value for us - we received a 40% discount on Expedia. The hotel is in the best location, rooms are very nice, Excellent gym, sauna and weight room. Buffet Breakfast was top notch. Wired internet was nice. Overall, I would stay here again out of the 4 hotels we stayed at in Buenos Aires. Would want to get a discount, but still good value without.

Very nice staff, breakfast and especially good location if you´re planning on taking the buquebus to Uruguay.

Once inside, the hotel is superb...with an elegant and charming setting, it is a pleasure to dine in the restaurant with brilliant food and surroundings. The room is spacious and well appointed throughout. A first floor outdoor area is decked with some funky artworks and very well landscaped with plants....very enjoyable having drink in these surroundings. The sixth floor alongside the sauna and spas is a private area to review the sites of Buenos Aires

The hotel is located next door to the Sheraton and Mendoza Casino on one of the shorter & quieter streets in the neighborhood. Very nice lobby. I arrived much earlier than check in time but the receptionist advised me she would try to get me an available room. In the meantime she also provided me with th wifi password and a juice. Within I 10 minutes my room was ready. The room on the 5th floor was superb. The pool and terrace was small but well equipped, the gym was small. The bathroom was very pleasant also. The bed was quite large and very comfortable. Breakfast included in the rate was very good. I would definitely recommend. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good location opposite Plaza Italia and within the 'touristy' area of Mendoza. All the other central plazas, restaurants on Av. Sarmiento and the central shopping mall are within walking distance.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This grand hotel was in a great position to walk to the town and the park area. Many restaurants close by. The hotel was excellent with great choice for breakfast and nice bar area for relaxing after dinner. Our room was huge with very comfortable bed and extremely clean. Staff were very helpful .

Room was fine. Only inconvenience was that the air conditioning was dripping and was kind of annoying. However they fixed it right away.

The hotel has been very nicely remodled, very clean very friendly and helpful staff, also very nice breakfast in the morning. Nice patio and exercise room on the roof. The dinner on thursday, friday and saturday nite is is a really great dinning experiance!
