"This is an excellent hotel. We had booked a mini suite but unfortunately the room had a problem. The hotel immediately upgraded us to a full suite which was facing the garden and was superb. Breakfasts were extensive and delicious and staff were charming. Excellent hotel. "

"Horrible hotel. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had now curtain so bathroom was flooded. None of the two restaurants had any food and I was told I needed to walk 1km to find a place to eat. The hotel is located around an industrial estate so clearly the hotel staff were fobbing me off. They need to update their website to inform guests of this and also let them know that they dont provide a shuttle to the airport. The taxi company they use rip tourists off by charging 3-4 times...

"We love to stay in this hotel where we really feel at home. The staff is very kind, serviceminded and wants to give you a good experience. During summertime the swimming pool in the top floor is an additional advantage of this hotel. The massage services in the hotel are great too."
