"Hos Mette is a wonderful place to stay! It manages to have a sleek design yet feel very homely, the perfect base for a relaxing few days away. Mette herself is a lovely host. She met us on our arrival and was easily contactable via WhatsApp if we needed anything. "I flew into Billund because the airport had the best connections. We wanted a unique experience so we booked a room at the Billund B&B. We took a taxi from the airport to this beautiful farm B&B. The room was small and clean. There is a shared bathroom, eating room with sofas, and a patio. The outside view is peaceful. The owner was kind and gave us directions to catch a bus into Billund. We walked down a dirt road for about 1 mile and came to a major highway. About a 1 mile walking...

"Well, I didn't see any human being from arrival around 5pm to leaving at 8am. Quite inhospitable & unwelcoming Bed looked like maybe hadn't been changed from the previous guest. Pillow case looked grubby. I needed a second pillow but there was no pillow case at all for that, so I stuffed both pillows into my jacket so I could put my face on that. Slept on the covers in my clothes. Breakfast was another new experience. No one there, no sign of food other than a bunch on bread rolls in baskets...

"Femhøj is not exactly place with great charm but the rooms are very clean, the bed and bathroom were excellent. Rather boring breakfast and low quality coffee. We also went to the restaurant nearby for a dinner. Rustic setting and classical dishes....not bad at all. "

"It was off season and at night so we drove right past it. When we were finally situated the owners (staff) were wonderful to deal with. We even added an extra night after we stayed there because we liked it so well."

"Very nice and comfortable B&B. We highly recommend it. Spacious room, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and a bar and pool table. Stephen was very friendly and helpful. One note is there is no regular bus service past the B&B. Mints Klint is over a 2 mile hike away and further to the Geocenter. A car or bike is definitely recommended for this trip- which we had neither. "
