“Like I owned the place.....”
From the time I stepped out of the cab, I felt welcome the entire weekend, and was able to have some down time. The staff, the property, and the amenities were top notch, and I WILL be back! Hey guys, if you want to spoil your special lady, this is the place!
“Beautiful Hotel”
We have stayed in many hotel's in Dallas and this one was beautiful inside and out. We got a Corner room and it was very spacious along with the bathroom. Very clean and the bar scene was great also. Hope you enjoy as much as we did.

“Great stay”
A fine hotel living up to the Ritz-Carlton standard. The lobby was opulent and the restaurant of a very high quality. The room was large and comfortable but the difference in this sort of hotel tends to lie in the attention to detail and the personal service, as was definitely the case here. The hotel is just a few blocks from the central business district in an area that appears to have undergone a complete redevelopment, with condominiums and restaurants, quite recently. The hotel and almost everything around it look very new. The American Airlines Center, a sports arena, is just a few blocks in the opposite direction (this hotel is one of the closest to that venue). You can easily walk to any of Dallas' museums and galleries in 15-20 minutes. A trolley goes by the hotel as well, I believe. The area feels safe even if there aren't a lot of people out and about.
“Not all I was expecting from a Ritz”
When we first arrived the bellmen were unbelivable, just great and everytime during our 3 day stay. The room just wasn't tip top. There were three of us never had more than 3 towels, never replenished the tissues(empty box), toilet paper was of cheap quality. We paid 5 star prices and got 4 star. My choice of hotel will be around the corner next time. My husband liked the Ritz better than myself.
