Even getting us out of the mud on the first night. Close to some of the best wineries and eats in the area, and a short drive to some very visually stunning parks beyond the lake itself. "About 10 minutes north of Watkins Glen and an easy drive to Penn Yan, and wineries and antique stores, which is what we were after. Beautiful view and nice water access. Stairs to get to water. Nicely decorated and comfortable. We had four adults. Could have easily had more. I would have liked more comfortable furniture inside. Despite GPS or any other directions, do not access using North Glenora Road. Use South Glenora Road. Road to cottage is a difficult hairpin turn if you use North...
