While it was clean, staff great, the room was damp , and the air was thick even with the a/c it was very musty and humid. My socks felt wet walking on the carpet and my clothes damp getting into the car to leave . Vent in the bathroom needs repair .

The staff were nice and understanding when I told them I needed to cancel my stay. They apologized and I want to give them credit for that. Still, the room had wads of long black hair stuck to the floor in several places and also in the tub and on the "fresh" towels. Will never book with that chain again.
