"Overall the area is obviously stunning and beautiful, so that’s the main reason to stay there. It’s calm, quiet and a great place to unwind. The lodges themselves are a little rustic and basic, but they are fine. The service was super friendly and helpful. Was truly disappointed in the restaurant. The prices were expensive and for $45 I would have expected the seafood pasta to have fresh local seafood (after all…it’s located on the ocean) but the frozen seafood which barely had any meat to it...

The quality of the food was first class (if pricey). The kitchenette and gas fire made the room much more comfortable. "This is the second time we stayed at Manna house, the other being in the summer and it was another wonderful stay. Both stays were lovely, our favourite however was our winter stay as there was a real feeling of coziness as the snow was on the ground as we looked over the water from the cedar hot tub. "We love to experience spring early and then return home for spring again. The accommodation allowed us to stay cozy with cooler spring weather than we have experienced in the past. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment that allowed us to prepare our meals ourselves. Our dog loved the accommodation as she could see out the screen door to watch the goings on and it was a great location for her walks."

"Very clean and well decorated. Owner works very hard to provide a nice place to stay. However, the way the property is portrayed on the web site, we expected an ocean fronting unit with access to the shore from the door of the unit. That is not accurate. It is down the driveway, across the main road of the island and 7 - 10 min walk (for us) to a rocky (but very nice) beach. The owner has done a nice job with the unit, small hot tub in small private deck and the sauna across the street and down...

"This property is still under construction so this did impac a number of things. Final touches to outside construction included decking and roofing of the garage. Interior deficiencies included attention to cable/internet, blinds, decking. Over the course of my month stay this required numerous visits from construction/maintenance workers which I found to be somewhat disruptive. "clean unit with recent updates. staff were helpful and very friendly. great for smaller children and young teens. some of the campsites seem unkept in relation to the rest of the property. we watched them clean the pool which due to our short stay we didnt get to use."
