This hotel lied about a lot on their post. They advertised breakfast but only offered a muffin. All other cereal and stuff you had to buy which was 3 dollars for a little box. They advertised they had a pool. It was bone dry. The hotel messaged us 2 hours before our flight to tell us the air was not working, but they were diligently working on it. They had absolutely no one working on it. Didn’t offer any compensation. After reading into reviews there were many that were buried stating issues about the air. The towels smelled like they were left in the washing machine for days before drying them. They had a mason jar sitting on the desk saying it was water😬. Definitely didn’t try that. All in all was very disappointed and will be going on all forums to share about this property.

Check in was amazing! Super helpful staff. The AC happened go out the day before our check in and they offered us a fan. It was still comfy at night. Everyone was pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They even reminded me to use my $10 credit when I checked out! Like, who does that!! All in all a really nice stay. 10/10…. Highly recommend.

the staff and room was excellent, however the day we arrived i received a text saying the air conditioner wasn’t working but that they were in the process of fixing it. when we arrived at the hotel to check in we were told it still wasn’t working and were offered a refund, however because of timing and the inability to look for a new place, we refused and decided to take the risk. we stayed for 3 days and it was never fixed, so i assume the text was a lie and after looking through reviews it seems to be a common issue. we ended up buying a fan because we had a dog with us and not having a/c became an issue for him. the rooms were very cute and the amenities were great, but there were a lot of suspicious people hanging out in the parking lot and as a woman i never really felt safe outside my room. the traffic was also terrible when trying to leave the hotel, but i can’t really blame them for that. overall, i think i’d consider staying here again if the a/c was working, but i would also hope they try to crack down on the people hanging out in the parking lot.
