“great get away!”
Had a great time; the food was great, the room was gorgeous and comfortable, and the view was awesome, with wide life and added to the beautiful scenery!!

We loved our two-night stay at the Broadmoor. It is the perfect place for a special get-away.
“A fabulous time in a "one-of-a-kind" hotel”
This is the Broadmoor and there is no other place like it. The prestige, history, setting....all things which make a stay at this hotel unique every time. The service was top notch and the variety of restaurants was fabulous. It was truly a weekend to remember......until the next stay !
“Planning Our Next Return”
The Broadmoor is a true gem, an absolutely beautiful hotel with outstanding service and attention to detail. The beds are probably the most comfortable we've ever slept on, including Westin's Heavenly bed. We strongly recommend Broadmoor and will be going back soon.
“An incredible 5 Star Hotel.”
The stay was incredible from start to finish. The room was exquisite with a pillow-top bed that nearly needed a ladder to get on. We went for our 40th anniversary and we couldn't have picked a nicer property. From the valet, to the door person (it really was a woman) to the front desk, shuttle drivers and the ultimate restaurant, The Penrose Room, the trip was one of the most memorable we have ever experienced. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
“Definitely a destination hotel”
This was our second stay at the Broadmoor. The staff, from the bellman, the turndown service person, the concierge, wait staff, everyone, treat you as if you were the most special guest they have. We did have a minor glitch with a Room Service breakfast order on the morning of our departure. However, when I mentioned this during checkout, the staff person was very apologetic and encouraged me to speak to the manager. I did talk to management and was completely satisfied with the resolution to the issue. A stay at the Broadmoor is a destination in and of itself!
“Woul like to go back with another good deal.”
The suite we were upgraded to was just perfect for a family of 4. The king bed however was not very stable. Whenever my husband switched sidesus the bed rocked and I woke up and rocked with the bed also. Employees were very, very nice.

the only negative exeperience was the pool was not a zero depth and for the little ones it was hard...great place!!!!
“Beyond impressive”
Working our way through the Registry of Historic Hotels in this country, this is truly the best so far. And we are way down that list! It is elegant yet warm. Impressive without effort. The hotel remains in grand condition. Our suite was palatial. The setting is magnificent. The staff friendly and helpful without ostentation. It is totally the "real Deal" in a one-of-a-kind hotel from a time of grace and quiet grandeur and service.

Great food, excellent yoga class,beautiful views of the mountains.
