The staff was always pleasant and helpful if we had a question. We did use the pool and hot tub and both were nice. We liked all the plants at the pool. The ponies were fun to interact with outside. Also negative about advertising this as a 4 bedroom townhouse - it really was 2 separate 2-bedroom suites. I felt like our family was not staying together. "We have always had such bad luck with hotels, but we were so incredibly pleased with how smooth this entire stay was. The staff was responsive, friendly, and professional.
