" I have stayed at your hotel 3 times in the past 12 months and i enjoyed it very much. Service, staff, cleanliness etc very good and the front desk do their best to accomodate your room requests and all staff are friendly and nice. I do have 2 issues however. They have their own in house Taxi service which is fair enough but 3 times as expensive but they do not give guests the choice to call for their own taxi from outside or even be dropped back to the front of hotel if you do use a licensed Egyptian taxi from outside the hotel. Other hotels do allow this even with their own in house taxis so it is unfair for guests to walk 100 metres from the security gate pickup/drop off point for outside taxis to front of hotel and is not a nice walk in the heat if carrying bags or Going/Coming from beach or shopping. I have a mobility ankle problem and painful to walk at sometimes of the day so i like to take a taxi direct from A to B when this happens but I end up walking 100metres to or from Taxi drop off point as security do not let taxis in? if they are worried about competition to their inhouse taxis then just take the driving License from the outside taxi driver at the gate and give it back when they exit to ensure they haven't picked up a fare from a hotel guest inside the grounds before they exit. Also they close the pools too early in May, the sunsets at 7.20pm Then and not dark until 8.10pm but they close pools at 6.20pm? keep open until 7.30. is still 28C in evening in May"

"Amazing stay all the staff looked after us except on reception when we were going We were told we had to pay 10 euro each for our 5 missing towel cards . I think this was a deliberatete to get extra money off us, we were never told that if the cards were lost we would need to pay extra money "

"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early and asked one of the employees if this is the shuttle going to beach and he confirmed. When I arrived at the beach I was refused entry because I did not have a ticket. No body mentioned that I need to get a ticket to enter the beach. I took a look at the beach and was not worth going to any way. Too many security guys interrogating any body who look non European. The reception area is tiny with malfunctioning currency change machine. Food of average quality but most of the guests are the kind of tourists who look like they never seen food before and who never miss a meal. "

"The location was great. But the rooms were basic but cleans. Showers were not in great condition. and was really disappointed with the dining selection of food and drinks. Also the all inclusive availability throughout the day is very poor for food,snacks and drinks"
