“Next Bills game we will book here”

When we checked in we determined our hot tub didn't work. We called the front desk and they apologized and moved us to a suite...SWEET! it was like an apartment and very nice, with the exception of needing a good sweeping, but they stepped up nicely to help us.

“Would recommend to clean the room better”

Didn't expect too much from this hotel, even so was disappointed. Dirty linen, bed bugs, cigaret buds in the "non-smoking" room... - never stay here again.

“Unpleasant surprise .”

No water to drink in the premises , congested room with no closets . Bathtub very small unwelcoming staff. Breakfast had only a few options . Would not recommend this place .
