“Great rate and oustanding accomodations”
I have lodged at extended stay type of lodgings and have not been as impressed as I was by TownePlace Suites. I was as equally impressed by the hospitable young lady who checked us in and she called the room moments later to make sure that the room met our expectations.
“Fabulous Hotel for the Price”
We stayed in a studio room with kitchenette and were very happy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was very nice will wall thermostat. Great location near shopping and dining. Wonderful experience.
“Favorite place to stay!”
When we go to the Chicagoland area to visit family, this is where we stay everytime! It has every comfort of home, even a full kitchen. Having a special diet allows us to cook all of our meals while we are visiting. We can also bring our dog because it is pet friendly.

My boyfriend and I went up to Wisconsin for a wedding. I booked us one night at TownePlace Suites in Lombard because it was so close to Chicago. The woman at the desk was really nice, which I wasn't expecting; we didn't check in until after 10:00 P.M. The bathroom floor was a little dirty and the coffee maker didn't work, but the room overall was very comfortable; I was especially happy with the shower, as I'm 6'1" and the shower head was actually tall enough. Breakfast the next morning was delicious and the staff was really friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Towne Place Suites was a pleasant surprise for our family. The rooms were very clean and the beds were much better than average.

The hotel is convenient to local freeway and easy to get to. Shopping and restaurants are close. The staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful as I would expect from the Marriott Brand. I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The bed was very comfortable.

In short, this hotel had (most probably) the best customer service I've ever had @ any hotel. Everyone was extremely friendly & helpful. The room was very clean & comfortable. All around, a fantastic deal!!!

The stay was wonderful, and so was the price. The kitchen was the best part--everything we needed was right there at our fingertips. The free internet was great, too!
“Great family hotel... great location & staff, clean & comfy!”
I liked this hotel... the woman at check in was very friendly, as well as other hotel staff that helped us with directions around town, and train info to get downtown. Everything was very clean, and comfortable... beds were very comfortable. The size of our room was larger than expected, and it was real nice having a kitchenette, especially when traveling with young kids. The bathroom was also very clean, and large enough for all our junk ;) ...lots of counterspace. The room's decor was nice, simple and comfortable.. and the hotel itself was pretty quiet. Also, it was nice having the pool outside in the fresh air & sun, rather than the typical humid smelly indoor pool room... the kids loved it. And the location was awesome... so many restaurants and such around... and there was a Target store and mall within walking distance! The only thing I have to complain about is the breakfast... it is a true continental breakfast, no wafles, donuts, hardboiled eggs, etc, that some of hotels are doing now... strictly bagels, toast, yogurt and juice. And it shuts down too early. I recommend extending it til 11am... we missed out because we'd be in the city late, and the kids were sleeping in (they needed their rest). We actually choose this hotel because it included breakfast, where others didn't... and missed out :(
