“Great Place for the Money”
After picking this hotel from the extensive Expedia list, we were pleasantly surprised with what we found. The staff (especially Jim at the front desk) were friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in the door. We had never been in the area before and found the staff (including the hotel manager) eager to help us and give us advice what we should see and do. We found it easy to get to the city as the hotel staff would take us and pick us up from the train station. The drivers were always pleasant and full of pointers too. We had an awesome time in Chicago and wouldn't hesitate to stay in this hotel again!

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect. There are a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the hotel. The room was wonderful and so was the staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

“Quiet and Comfortable-would stay again”
We wanted to stay in the suburbs, have a clean and comfortable room. This was a large room and very quiet..no noise from other quests. Exactly what we wanted. We arrived at 2AM and everyone was awake and alert, friendly and helpful. For the next morning we requested breakfast to be delivered to the room(we were in time to make the 3AM deadline for ordering). It was on time, hot and very good.
“Great stay not too far from the city”
From our location, we were able to access downtown, South and West Suburbs, with quick highway access. The malls nearby allowed access to great restaurants. The hotel was well maintained, service was pleasant, and the rooms were comfortable. My boys loved the swimming pool.

This was my first time staying in Oakbrook. The Hotel was located near many shops such as Ross and Nordstroms Rack. All where within walking distance not to mention having eateries nearby. Convenient location very nice hotel. The only negative comment I have would be that my room was rite next to the wash room, so I was awaken by the banging of the washer on my wall. Other than that the hotel and location where perfect. I would stay there again.
“Best Hotel Ever”
I very impressed with this Holiday Inn, in fact it may be the cleanest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in. The room was comfortable, the staff was polite and helpful. I have not a single negative comment. I highly recommend this hotel.
