“Customer satisfaction must be a priority!”

I have to say first of all that I am not easily impressed. We stay at quite a lot of hotels with my girls travel sports during their respective seasons and have been the guest of many a hotel. Never have I been so impressed with customer service then at DoubleTree! The patience and friendliness that we encountered were second to none.

“Clean and modern”

I'm picky when it comes to staying in hotels, so when I got two nights at this hotel for a steal, I was expecting it to be clean, inviting and professional as any Double Tree hotel should be. My expectations were exceeded with friendly staff as we checked in, a clean spacious room with high-speed internet, and a business center with free printing. I was able to get all of the work done that I needed with no hang-ups at all. The only downfall was the location was a bit far from downtown with the Chicago traffic, but it was nice to get out of the city and stay in a quieter area with shops and restaurants around to walk to. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who's on business or wants a cheaper option than to stay downtown.
