“will be back”
Checkin was quick and easy, the same for checkout.
“Very nice hotel”
The room was clean, the area was very nice, locaton was good. Only problem was the dining experience. Breakfast is served in the dining area and can be buffet or table service. We waited very, very long for table service and finally had to go find someone. Also, the buffet ran out of essentials very fast and was slow to replenish. Otherwise, the experience was very nice.

“Nice Hotel for the Money”
This is a great little hotel located close to major highways making it easy to maneuver around the northern Chicago area. We stay here every time we travel to Chicago as it is close to family and friends in the area. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable and the hotel atmosphere is "cozy" and inviting. We recommend this hotel as a good value for the money.

the comfort of this hotel was great. 15-20 away from downtown. across the street from places to eat and go grab a few drinks. staff was very polite and respectful. i over slept a few times and they actually called me to find out if i wanted the rom cleaned. overall no complaints.

The room was clean and comfortable and fairly roomy. There is no restuarant on premises. The hotel lacked a few first class features (towels were small and not very soft) It is a ways from downtown. Overall satisfactory

We will stay at this hotel the next time we go to Chicago. The hoel was very nice and the staff very helpful.
“Very comfortable”
Front desk staff are very helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Air exchange could be better, even though Chicago area was in a week-long heat wave with temps into 105. No serious complaints with this hotel. Will stay there again.

“Rooms updated and fantastic”
I had a king size bed for my room as requested, and all features are updated and modern. The LCD TV in the room was a great surprise, as was the food and beverages available for purchase in the hotel lobby
