The property is pretty massive- the rooms are spacious, the accommodation is a level up from rooms where we normally stay. In other words, the amenities in the room are an upgrade. We’ve stayed here once before and it is just as nice. Everything works. Staff are efficient. Lots of parking. Restaurant on site.

The room was clean and very spacious, the staff was pleasant and the rate was great. The only downfall was the tvs could’ve been upgraded, they give you basic cable but these days people are used to phone mirroring or Roku tvs to enjoys movies and shows without commercial interruption.

Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Only issue staying there twice is the loud hvac units in the rooms. Bathroom clean, hallways clean too. We stay on second floor. Hard to turn left out of the property so be patient.

Totally disappointed over charge! You did incorrect booking it was supposed to been for two nights! $613:32 that’s high way ripp off! You owe mea refunde! The I could have stayed at the Waldorf cheaper!

Our room was very nice and the bed was really comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with a good shower. Housekeeping was prompt each morning and efficient. Even care products were nice. Parking was convenient. Restraunt was nice for breakfast in the am . hotel was quiet and a pleasant stay all around

I stay here frequently-The room bathroom drain was stopped up and one of the double beds creaked so loudly every time there was movement on the bed. I have come here for 4 years and have seen it go downhill. The wall in parking lot is still down but looks like it might be repaired soon. The workout area never has lysol wipes and trash at exit doors is overflowing on outside. The best thing is the staff--very nice and helpful, GREAT!

Ok facilities, staff were not friendly and house keeping started knocking at our door at 9am the day we were leaving, overall just poor staff. Hotel is nice, clean, comfortable.

This is a beautiful building. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. We parked easily right by our door. The carpet is starting to show wear but the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom had been remodeled. We only stayed one night but we had a comfortable night's rest.

The hotel was very clean. Smelled fresh. Updated room/bathroom. Very pleased. There was a nice restaurant within hotel but no free coffee offered at front desk. There was a coffee maker in room with k cups though...just no creamers. I will definitely stay here again!

The rooms were nice, however for as much as we paid for a suite there was no hot water each morning for showers and the water pressure was low. Hotels manager didn't do anything about the complaints.
