"My family and I travel to Orlando often for vacation and this is one of the best, if not thee best home we have stayed in yet. We traveled with 6 children and 4 adults and everyone LOVED the home. The neighborhood was great. What we loved most was that there was a shuttle that picked us up and took us to the amenity centers. The in home movie theater and game room was WONDERFUL. The pool and jacuzzi was also great. There is nothing negative I could say about this home and we will be back."

"This property is great for a group of 12-16 people. The kitchen/great room and all the bedrooms are spacious. The pool and spa was fun to use. So was the home theater and pool table. The host/property managers are extremely responsive. Highly recommend this property."

"I've stayed at many different places in Florida. This was the best yet. The place was beautiful, clean and well located. There was plenty of room for everyone and plenty to do. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and flatware. There were plenty of pots and pans to cook up a meal when we stayed in. The pool and outdoor furniture was enjoyable with seating for everyone. The beds were comfortable. The management company was outstanding. They replied quickly to any questions we had and immediately addressed any issues that arose. (The wind caused a tear in the roof of the screen over the lania. This was speedily fixed to keep our outdoors area free from bugs.) Thank you for a marvelous extended (5 week) stay!"

"Mark was a fantastic host. Quick replies and eager to offer help. The Tuscana Resort is awesome. You could spend the entire week poolside, relaxing. Or, it’s a quick drive to the Disney parks, beaches and gator tours. The unit offered all the amenities we needed for our stay. And Mark was great at letting us know what to pack or pick up at a store 1 mile away. My husband and I enjoyed our walk from the unit to the pool each day, however my son thought it was a bit of a hike. Coffees on the patio in the mornings were amazing. And lounging in bed enjoying shows to unwind at the end of the day provided the extra comforts of home We loved on site laundry and a dishwasher Perfect for a small group of 4 Looking forward to returning"

"Andrew was a pleasure to work with. The house was clean, organized, and cozy for our hefty bunch. The reminders in each bedroom regarding rules was very helpful. We would definitely use Andrew and his team again in the future as all photos and positive reviews were spot on. The rule book seems like a lot, but is super helpful during the whole stay.
