"This place is charming with much so much character. It is in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located in San Diego, and has great amenities. The hosts are communicative and provide information on the house and amenities. I appreciate how they sent videos on how the hot tub was to be used, how to turn on the firepit, etc. I would definitely stay here again!"

As of February 2020, the conversion is an older one, with loose floor tiles and aging furniture. One of the other units was being updated during my stay, so I expect this one will be soon as well.
