"The Garden House is in a beautifully appointed property and the owner has maintained a wonderful house and garden. We enjoyed walking up and looking out from the deck halfway up the hill. We admired the stonework, landscaping and the stream flowing down into the small pond. The amenities in the Garden House were nice, bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a movie from Netflix in the living room. Very easy parking on the street. Accessible to everything you want in SD. We will stay there...

"This place is very clean and has a nice modern kitchen. Its walking distance to Balboa Park as well as to two grocery stores. Our host responded very quickly to any questions we had. It took us 10 mins to get to Coronado Island. I'd stay here again!"

"Beware!! NO reliable or STABLE internet! Property mgr told me there’s nothing he could do about it. I asked him to call provider n have them do a “hard reset”, which he did. But still internet was never online for more than an hour. We are a tech saavy family. If this was my rental, I would upgrade modem n connectivity pkg. We had to use our cell personal hotspot. "House could have been cleaner. There was cobwebs and dust on walls ceilings and fans. Great house otherwise. Lots to do in it including pool table, ping pong and hot tub. Great closed in yard for our dog also!! All in all we would definitely stay here again.👍👍"

"We were here to tour SDSU & USD for college. Apartment is well located, clean, and parking is easy. Our flight got delayed several times, so we weren't able to check in until 2:30am--self check in was easy. Alan and his colleagues were quite helpful and easy to get ahold of."
