The check in person was readily helpful in rebooking 2 of the rooms to double full size beds so we could do the guys in one room and the girls in another. Very Helpful and appreciated by us! "

"It was awesome, my only complaint was the bed. It had a hole that made it very hard to get comfortable. Other than that, we love the hotel in Hot Spring AR and Grape Vines in Texas!! "

"When we got there, we realized there were no elevator & we happen to not be able to do stairs. We have a handicap plaque and they made it work where we got a very nice room that we could enter & exit easily! The only negative was the soap dispenser in the bathroom at the sink had no soap it at all otherwise everything was fine."
