"This hotel was better than I’d even hoped! Our duplex room had 2 washrooms, which was an extremely pleasant surprise. The property is clean, the food is delicious, the breakfast well-stocked with plenty of variety, and the staff are amazing. They are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to help. "Water in shower & bathtub was freezing even with hot water turned to full capacity so called front desk & maintenance man was able to fix issue. There was a mild odor (like mildew) in room but bearable. Room was otherwise clean and took advantage of gym & breakfast daily. Lots of restaurant options around property!"

"1. poor reservation system forcing me to move; inflexible staff 2. inadequate room assignment policy. I wanted a room upstairs, but there was apparently no availability. Early next moring I saw two open unused rooms 3. poor bathroom: shower works hardly 4. low cost facility with low standards. This could be made very nice with some investment 5. Second night at Casa Quero. Just a bit more expensive, but miles nicer "
