“Great!”
The Hotel was very nice and cheap. Not too far from Heavenly resort and Kirkwood resort.
“Carson Valley Inn”
We were treated very well. I was told by Expedia that pets were allowed and they are NOT. Lucky for me I didn't take them this time.
“Excellent restraunts”
The value and quality of the food was excellent in both restraunts. We ate at the steak house two nights in a row.

“We stayed at the Lodge”
We were placed in their motor lodge instead of their main hotel. There is no elevator which was a little inconvenient. Nonetheless, the room was great if not fancy. Their coffee shop and food services is very good and their pool/jacuzzi is really special. We were visiting relatives in Carson City so it's a bit of a drive back and forth but the Minden/Gardnerville area is very nice and clean. Staff was very nice...would stay there again for sure.
“Always a great place to stay!!!”
The entire staff is great and friendly.The little resteraunt has wonderful food and great service..Good value for the $$ --We stayed in the motor lodge.They have a 24 hour bus to the main hotel and casino.
“Very Satisfactory Room, but...”
The room was very clean, large and quiet. I was actually in the Motor Lodge on the edge of the parking lot. That's the rub. Getting around the parking lot at night to find the room isn't easy as the desk person didn't know how to give directions very well. In fact, I called the general manager to explain how he could improve his service, but he didn't have time to talk with me. The weekly price is super as this is also a casino and the gamblers stay on Fri and Sat nights, so the rate is higher.
“best value for ski at kirkwood”
very nice and clean room. i particularly like those orange product (shampoo, soap..) perfect stay if you go ski at kirkwood. plus you can have dinner at J.T bar just 10 minutes drive.
“Recommend highly”
We stayed at the motor lodge portion of the hotel and conveniently parked in front of our room. The room was reasonably quiet and the bed very comfortable . Loved the nearby snowcapped mountains . Very good value stay .
“Very clean and well maintained.”
Will stay here again. Past flight attendant and can tell you, this is a clean room and very comfortable bed with clean linens. Bathrrom was immaculate. Furnishings are outdated or I would have given them a 5. Plus a microwave and fridge would have been nice. But will definitely stay here again. Visiting my daugter here and was very comfortable here.
