"The welcome and check in were very good. The room was spacious, tidy and well furnished. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in. Overall very comfortable and well worth the money. Nice place with a few minor hiccups.
"Very comfy, nice breakfast, friendly staff. However, I did not like the fact that plastic cups were in the room instead of real glass. I refuse to drink from plastic, I would even prefer paper cups. To not offer real glasses to drink from just seems so cheap. Also, no basic kettle to heat water just the nespresso machine(which I always find so overrated), so I had to actually walk down to the lobby for hot water just to make myself a cup of tea. I always carry my own supply. It seemed like an annoying procedure when nearly every hotel from the Brunellesci in Milan to a guesthouse in Thailand provides a kettle."
