"For almost every part of this property it was exceptionally. Sadly the staff (at least the reception staff) failed badly. When we arrived we were questioned if we book the room via Expedia, I said yes and almost instantly the room we booked, a king, was just not available. I told here that it was unfortunate being that I had booked the room months in advance and I needed to involve management. Almost as fast the room I booked became available. "Nice facility centrally located to all parts of London. Bathroom is excellent with good linens, a Japanese style toilet, and quality soaps. Staff is courteous and exceedingly helpful. "

"Overall this is my favourite place to stay when I am in London. Just a small comment about breakfast. I always asked for a large pot of green tea with one tea bag only, as I don't like my green tea turn to brown tea but never delivered correctly, either a large pot with 3 tea bags or a medium pot with 2 tea bags or a small tea pot with 1 tea bag. Perhaps next time."
