"We loved our stay here! This hotel is very cheap for the area. Close enough to Ventura and Universal Studios! The delux room is huge! When we entered, we noticed that the room is very empty. Kinda refreshing not looking at someone elses idea of art. It has a fridge, but no microwave or hot water. We will definitely stay here next year! "

"We appreciated the location & especially the variety of places to eat so close by. This hotel is easy in and easy out--located close to so many things. This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel and is the perfect place to stay!"

"The rooms were small but comfy and homey feeling. They were clean and the housekeeping staff did a great job tidying up. The only thing we found off putting about the room was how loud the air conditioning was. The front desk staff were friendly and inviting. However, the parking was lacking. We had to park up the street from the hotel a couple times, which wasn't easy when carrying things, like luggage, to the room from the car. Considering the hotel is located in a fairly safe neighborhood, safety wasn't a concern as much as the inconvenience. Overall our stay was wonderful. We loved the charm of the old hotel with some more modern updates. Definitely will stay here again the next time we come out to visit. "
