"We arrived at 3:00 PM (check in was at 4) we were told that our room was ready and completed the full check in process. However, they would not give us a room key until 4 unless we agreed to a $50 charge. I told them to pound sand. Not a nice way to run a business. Over the years, we have stayed at various Best Western properties more than 50 times. "

I didn’t use the pool or hot tub because the water had a green tint so wasn’t sure if it was over chlorinated or the pool was dirty.
