“Outstanding Service”
A small hotel in which everyone, from behind the front desk to the security guard, goes out of their way for good service. I couldn't be happier. The location is outstanding in Palermo Soho with many restaurants a short walk away. I would definitely stay there again.M

“Perfect stay”
I pass through Buenos Aires on business about four or five times every year, and the Mine is now one of my favorite places to stay. The location is perfect, right in the midst of shopping and dining in Palermo. Hotel staff was very helpful. Room was nice. Since the hotel is small, it lacks a fitness area, but there's a decent gym just a couple of blocks away which was fine. Otherwise I prefer the more intimate size of this boutique hotel.

Great travel experience. The hotel is neat, perfectly situated. and the service better than expected. The front desk always helped with good sugestions for new places to eat in the area.
“A great little place with personality”
Mine is located in a great neighborhood, Palermo Soho, with lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was exceedingly helpful and friendly and the place has a great aesthetic. Would definitely stay there again!

“Mine Hotel is a real find”
The Mine Hotel is beautiful in its architectural simplicity. The overall feeling communicates "welcome" and "relax". The hotel distinguishes itself through its fine staff who appear dedicated to the excellence of service to their guests. Breakfasts are lovely and delicious. Through no fault of the hotel, on the first day there was some irritating noise from remodeling in a home next to the hotel. The manager spoke to the construction crew to try to limit the hours of the noise and gave us a special treat as part of their apology. Our room overlooked the inner court yard. Great shower!
“Hotel conveniences”
An excelent place to stay in Buenos aires. The staff is friendly and responsive to any request that a guest may have during their stay. The cleaness of the hotel is exceptional The breakfast buffet is excellent. There is a wide variety of fruits, breads,pastries etc. Omellets are made to order. For a return trip, I would stay at Mine Hotel. It is an excellent value for the money.
“Wonderful boutique hotel in Soho.”
We stayed at the Mine Hotel for 3 nights. we couldn't have expected a more pleasant reception upon our arrival. Warm, informative and helpful people attend the desk. Our room was on the second floor(What they call the first floor). It faced the pool that is surrounded on 3 sides, by a very high wall that is partially covered with a vine that has magnificent flowers. The room was quite narrow. Because we, had 3 large pieces of luggage and one carry-on, we had to line up the luggage along the wall. The room, other than size, was contemporary, well maintained and pleasant. The bathroom was also small,but efficent. We don't have issues with small, so the room was more than satisfactory for us. We do a great deal of vacation traveling and would return to this hotel because of its staff , location and general atmosphere of this small boutique hotel.
