The worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed in. Everything from customer service, room, bed, and noise from outside is awful. The area is even worse. If they even give you a free room here, don’t take it otherwise you will be awake the whole night. Do not recommend it.

Kind of run down. Door to the hotel is broken so you have to enter through the hotel next door. The lock on the door to my room was broken and it was a huge dramatic issue to get my room switched partially due to language barrier but mostly due to being gaslighted about the lock being broken even after being walked in on while taking a bath. The area has a lot of construction, and a lot of houseless folks sleeping in the street and some aggressive panhandlers. At the grocery store you have to scan your receipt to exit the store or they will accuse you of stealing by yelling at you in french

In my room the wardrobe door was broken... Room was so tiny I had almost no space to open my bag. Internet was soooo poor. I was not at all able to make calls using the internet. Breakfast buffet has almost no option for vegetarian people(just bread and butter/Nutella or cereal). No shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
