"Our family rented this house for a short 4 night stay to see Cape Cod. It was a good property. Quiet neighborhood. It was plenty of room for our family of 6. The owner was very kind to allow us to keep the pool open and heated for our middle of Oct. trip. Great stay overall.
I would recommend bringing your own washcloths. I could not find any at this property. I guess I’m just weird to expect that to be at a property. Not sure.
In my opinion this property is a bit dated and overpriced. But...

"We came for King Richard's Faire, the house is an easy 30 minute drive from the faire grounds with no bad traffic along the way (though it rained on the day we went, so nicer weather might have more traffic). The kitchen table is a great size for playing games, and the living room upstairs is comfortable and cute, with another nice little table to sit around."
"My in-laws stayed here when they came to town for my daughter's wedding. They appreciated the easy check-in, and although they did not spend a lot of time at the house, loved the decor and Cape vibe in the house."

"VRBO provided exactly what we needed. VRBO is split between two connected houses - main house & adjacent house. This gave us plenty of space for the family and allowed the dog to stay overnight in the adjacent house. Beautiful kitchen. Quiet cul-de-sac. Plenty of parking."

"I sent review comments previously:
Dirty blanket was put back in closet
Beer bottle in back yard
Enjoyed the house/location as we were in town for a wedding."

"Peaceful & calm. Gaming in the library around the fireplace was nice. We miss hot breakfast and the firepit however. "
