Friendly and helpful front desk staff. EASY access to subway and Freedom Trail - perfect place to stay with family. Felt safe in the area and hotel was conveniently located to anything you would want to do. Room was fine - clean and had anything we needed when we weren't touring Boston. Would recommend highly to anyone.

Property is near public transit. We found that was the best way to get places around Boston. Staff was friendly. I just wish they had a bellhop and that housekeeping was offered daily. Returned from a full day of sightseeing to find that no one had cleaned our room or emptied the trash. Restaurant had good tasting food.
