Hello, we would be honored to host you! First floor sunny 3 bedroom unit. Owner lives on premises so any concerns/needs will be promptly tended to. In Boston and walking distance to bus line. Washer/dryer in unit with laundry detergent provided. One off street parking spot and plenty of on street free parking. 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. Furnished perfectly for a clean & clutter free space!

The entire first floor apartment, one off street spot in the back, private back porch with seating are available to guests on our property.

During your stay we are one text away for any questions or concerns. We encourage guests to reach out to us via the Airbnb application.

Quiet neighborhood, mostly families. Ross Park is 2 blocks away- a quick 5 minute walk to a playground, basketball court, tennis court and track to walk. At the beginning of the street is a convenience store. Grocery store 1/2 mile away, as well as a Starbucks, Planet Fitness gym, Burger King, CVS & Dunkin Donuts!

During your stay, getting around is convenient. We're within walking distance of major bus lines, and the transit station at Forest Hills is just a couple of miles away via bus. From Forest Hills, you'll have easy access to various parts of Boston, including Seaport, Boston Commons, downtown Boston, and more. Enjoy exploring the city with ease!

Great Place to Stay in Boston!
This is a very cute little apartment that worked perfectly for 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and 2 teens. It is conveniently located and very welcoming. When visiting family in Boston, we will most definitely attempt to book again!

This place is a Gem we picked this because it was perfect location close to family very quiet street parking was easy once inside we could not have ask for more it’s very clean has everything that you need to make u feel like it’s home, beautiful kitchen and the washer and dryer was a plus. best of all was the communication with kelli and Ray this was a very special reunion for our family and the comfortable stay made it so much better we will be back !!!!!

Best Stay Ever!!!!!
It was a quiet and spacious place, very clean, and had a lot of amenities like a PS4, Xbox, and an in-unit washer and dryer! The location is really convenient without all of the bad sides of being in the city, and the local food is great!
