"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Il Giardino nel Parco. It's just outside the old town, in a quiet, residential area. Silvia was there to meet us and show us around the apartment and answer all our questions. She helped us get a reservation at Trattoria del Ghiottoni, a highly rated restaurant less than a 10 minute walk from the apartment. We asked her advice about getting to the airport for an early flight and she arranged for the taxi and met us at 6:00 in the morning to make sure...

"The Cosmopolitan Aquaderni was a wonderful place for my family to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable and they accommodated our luggage while we arrived early and went on a tour of the city. The rooms are centrally located so you can walk to everything very easily. Communication and instructions to access the rooms were spot on! We would definitely come back!"

"The low rating is not really about the lift being broken. It was no fun carrying luggage to the third floor though. The real concern is the staff being unavailable and difficult. Fortunately, we arrived in the afternoon. Otherwise they are unavailable. No one on site, but also no one reachable by phone except for a small window in the afternoon.
