"This house is located between the intercoastal and the ocean. There is a small green area across the street that is on the intercoastal and the beach is 1 block away. It is a short walk to the shopping area. The house has it's own private backyard with hot tub and tiki bar. It has a beautiful garden that attracts many butterflies. A great area to sit outside enjoy the sun and a good book. Overall, a wonderful experience."

"Husband and I stayed here for a few days on our honeymoon. Property is beautiful, clean, and well taken care of. Location is great, just a short walk from the beach and all of the shopping and restaurants, but far enough that it’s still peaceful and private. Stefanie is so nice and easy to get ahold of. We encountered some bees in one of the trees during our stay and she had someone out to the house to take care of it within a couple hours. I have zero complaints and wouldn’t hesitate to stay...

"This was a birthday trip for my wife, we went with 2 other couples. The property is as advertised, and very clean. It's Boca, the neighborhood this was in was very affluent and gave off an extremely safe and warm vibe. Right on the 3rd hole of a 9-hole course and across the street from the beach. Jim, the host was very attentive and answered all questions/concerns within 5 minutes of me texting him. Jim was a great host from beginning to end."

The “breakfast“ area didn’t even open until almost 7:30 AM. There was no espresso for the day, black coffee only. "This house was clean, spacious, and well-appointed. Fans and TVs in both bedrooms as well as in the comfortable living area. The highlight is the backyard, with a large pool, jacuzzi, grill, and Tiki hut with TV and fire pit. The property managers were very responsive before and during our stay. Deerfield Beach is a great area - a nice neighborhood with the beach close by, along with lots of dining and shopping."
