"This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

"This place was better than advertised. It was clean, felt new, was large, and had everything we needed. It was only a short drive to Eagle lodge and most common places in Mammoth. Parking in front of the condo was easy and close. There was a snow storm during our stay and the clean up/plowing crew was on point in keeping our access open and cleaned out."

"The unit was great and the owners had stocked the kitchen with some of the needed accessories (ground coffee, sugar, peanut butter, and the such) so we didn't have to buy those. "We had a wonderful stay in February 2023. The property has all the amenities and is right across the the shuttle stop that goes to Eagle lodge, which was very convenient. We were able to quickly get in touch with the property manager about laundry access and extending our stay when roads were closed on our last day.
