Hotel was fine, but I think for the price it can certainly be improved given the maze I had to walk through to get to breakfast, hair in the bathroom, and a funny smell coming from the back of the property from an inner courtyard (which was where my room was). Other than that all okay."

"The staff is very friendly and professional. The building is a bit outdated, as are some of the rooms. Our room was comfortable but had long sienna brown shag carpet throughout. The back garden has been given over to construction materials as it seems they were at one point updating part of the building (scaffolding remains). "Historic Grand Hotel from bygone era. Charming place. Excellent location / staff very pleasant and attentive. Rooms decor modern and at the same time classic. Park like settings on the property, so can sit and relax outdoors. 5 stars / Wonderful stay and Experience. Would stay again when / if back in town … Enjoyed … "

"Upon entering our room, we were welcomed by a cloud of old cigarette smell I requested a NS room. Someone before us dod not bother to go by the rools I went to the receptionist who was very apologetic and gave us a different room. I am very grateful for her help to change the room for us. "
