The stay here was alright, but there were definitely issues. First at check in, despite being told my name and given my ID the clerk tried to check me in as someone else. The room keys gave all types of issues; the first two sets didn't open the door and the master key had to be used. Only one key on the third set she brought us worked. We had asked for a late check out due to the race we were in town for would end roughly at check out (11) and we'd like to shower before hitting the road. We were told they would put us down for a one hour late checkout (noon), but the maid service came in at 1110, shocked to find us in the room as they weren't told about the late check out. Add in the general noise of other guest stomping around at 1am above us and the random cars/airplanes it made for a rather uncomfortable stay.

This room was horrifyingly dirty. Disgusting. I walked in and it smelled... just, bad. I went into the bathroom and the toilet was open, there was urine in it, and it hadn't been scrubbed; there was poop on the bowl. The walls were so filthy, there were dried spills on the floor so you could tell they hadn't mopped. Every nook and cranny of this room was dirty. This is the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. The place needs updated and repairs everywhere, also. Everything in the place was shabby-looking and beat up. But, I suppose that comes after just simply cleaning the place. I have photos and will be sharing them with all relevant contacts.

Absolutely disgusting. Crusty cheese on table. Black mold in bathroom. Blueberry on floor and cheese nip on floor. Stains on sheets and pillow cases. Window didnot lock. Police were called that night and ambulance in morning. Crackhead motel at best. Highly do not recommend AT ALL. We canceled our reservation as soon as we got to the room and booked a different hotel that night.

I'll start with what we didn't like. The room's maintenance was really rough. Laminate flooring was separated all over the room. The bathroom was dismal. I could live with the decrepit tiles and fixtures but it was unfortunate that the room was also filthy so we couldn't put our toiletries on the counter. Also the sliding pocket door to the bathroom would not close - not even a little bit. The room had a bad odor but that did clear up a bit once we cranked the air conditioning. The internet only worked if you stood by the window and then it was only there until I wanted to open a new page. There was no hot water at all no matter how long you ran it. So no shower for us and ice cold water to splash on our faces in the morning. The waffle maker looks like it has never been cleaned so we skipped breakfast.This was the most decrepit and dirtiest room we've ever stayed at. Normally we would have left but we had driven over 12 hours and were exhausted. I can't believe this place was over $100 Canadian. To be fair, I'll mention what was good about it. The staff were really nice. The bed was comfortable. And the coffee was the best we had across the country.

I came to Billings for a family emergency so initially I only stopped at The Rodeway to pick up my room key. I did not make it back to my room until about 11pm. When I first walked in I could tell the room had been smoked in. Also, none of the lights would turn on. I used the flashlight on my phone to find an outlet behind one of the beds to plug the only lamp in the room that had a lightbulb in it in. Once the light was on I began removing the top blanket to get ready for bed. I realized that the sheets and blanket were heavily stained. So I removed the entire top blanket and found evidence of bed bugs. After inspecting the matress it was very obvious that The Rodeway Inn did indeed have bed bugs. I ended up going to a different hotel.

We had reserved a single queen bed room. We were given a double queen room. The bathroom looked as though it was in the process of remodeling, no toilet paper holder, shower curtain laying in the tub. TV remote did not work & they did not have a solution to make it work. After we checked out & were on the road to our next destination we noticed that I had left a phone charger cord & cube in the room. They said they would go check the room as housekeeping had not done that room yet. They never called back. We stopped there on our way home the next day. The property manager, or at least we assumed that is what she was. Told us they did not find any charger cord & cube in the room. Yet that room was not booked for that day. I said then find out which staff member has it, The lady went to the back room & came back with a charger cord & cube, not mine, & said I could have that one. Well the cord is bad & does not work. Very unhappy with the management of this facility. I will be contacting them to replace my charger cable that obviously that someone from housekeeping has it.

Make sure you get Instructions that you understand before looking for your room, Most of the rooms are 1xx numbers, regardless of which floor they are on and some can only be reached via a nonobvious stairway.

sleeps four but only one chair which was wobbly. tub had multiple chips and scratches, rooms not sound proof at all, only about a two foot space or less to hang clothing, refrigerator freezing compartment had no door and was packed with a couple inches of frost.

This area was sketchy. When we got there it was concerning at best. I would never recommend booking there if you want a saf, secure, and welcoming place to stay.

I mainly needed an inexpensive place to stay for two days while I made a trip out of the very closeby airport. For the price, it was ok. It is a bit rundown, staff are very helpful and nice, but you get what you pay for. This particular time this worked for me. I might book there again if I needed a staging area near the airport for a trip like I did.

There seemed to be surveillance and cameras were being used. There appeared to be slalkers that were watching me. There were numerous attempts to open the door but the door held securely. A tall older female clerk caught two people messing with the door and ran them off with stern warnings to not return to the property. I am immensely grateful for her alertness and prompt decisive response. I could not have defended myself as I was convelscing from surgery. I am immensely grateful. Thank you.

Only 1 lamp in room - 2 queen beds - that lamp had no bulb, I was able to get a bulb from the front desk. Heat lamp and fan did not work in bathroom. Bathroom door had no handle - couldn't shut it all the way. We couldn't get the wi-fi to work, kept saying weak signal. The room did have very comfy beds.

Worst stay ever
That was the scariest hotel I’ve ever been to in my life. Some serious drug activity going here. We were in our room for an hour before we left to go get another hotel. In that time we heard multiple knocks on the same door and saw multiple come and go. There was also multiple people sitting in their cars doing drugs in the parking lot. ALL WRONG. We will never stay at a roadway inn again and will be sure to tell all our friends to do the same. Something needs to be done about that place. There was also pizza sauce or blood on the side of our “clean” bed? Like what the hell?

Thank you for choosing to stay with us.I can assure you that i have cameras all over my hotel and multiple cameras in the parking lot.Being that we are a non smoking hotel , our guests tend to go sit in there cars when they smoke rather than standing out side in the elements.I will be sure to address my staff about the cleanliness issues.

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was extremely dirty and there were several exposed light fixtures. The area was very shady and hard to get in and out of parking lot. I have stayed in plenty of cheap hotels and I do not have high standards but this one was just flat out violating safety regulations. We traveled with our dog so I understand we may have gotten a worse room because of that but we should’ve at least had a clean room
