The staff is incredibly friendly. I also love the text messages we get from Hilltop welcoming us and giving us contact information for the hotel. The hotel is clean, safe, and comfortable. We love it!

Went to check in and the front desk told me my reservation was canceled, although I received a welcome text 3 hours prior. Expedia ensured me the reservation was still active, yet the property disagreed. I was asked to re-book a room. I reluctantly agreed, since I had been traveling all day and wanted to relax. After getting to the room, I immediately turned around, went to the front desk, and requested a refund. The room smelled of mildew, was very outdated, and dingy. I ended up booking elsewhere. Don’t stay here.

This hotel was very clean, the staff I met were all so friendly and genuine. Not a single one urged me to write this review. They were just helpful, kind and easy to chat with. The breakfast here is awesome! Chobani yogurt, bagels, waffle, biscuits and gravy, sausage links, omelets, breads, cereals, all the fixings to go on all the things, orange juice and apple juice, MONTANA milk, wonderful fresh fruit, and great fresh muffins! I'm sure I'm missing something there but I hope you get the idea. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. The temperature knob/handle in the shower was loose and drifted on it's own to the hottest setting but it wasn't too hot, there was not a concern about getting burned, it didn't affect the shower temp adversely for us. There is only one door in and out of the building, they lock it at 8pm. This helps to make sure guests feel safe. The hotel is nestled in amongst the hospital so it's very handy for people staying in the area visiting loved ones getting medical help. You can have pets here. We encountered a few dogs that were all so well behaved and a delight to see. This is such a quiet and clean property.
