"The service staff is excellent; however, the registration agent was less than enthusiastic to offer, suggest anything, or even try to help me when I dialed the front desk from my room regarding the phone service. Location was a little inconvenient for Uber pick up with luggage, but very close to other transportation. The hotel looks brand new and very stylish. The only issue I had was how Inconvenient the coffee maker was to get to, as well as all the high shelves. These shelves would have been incredibly useful at a lower level. It just felt like the focus was on technology and not on customer service. "
