"This was my second stay at this lovely hotel. Its proximity to Crystal Bridges Museum and the town square, its access to the hiking and biking trails are excellent. The hotel itself is fabulous -- great art galleries with rotating collections, wonderfully appointed rooms, an outstanding restaurant, good bar...and the PENGUINS! It has it all!"

"I appreciate the "extra" touches a hotel makes for their guests feel welcome, but the flower on the toilet paper is disgusting and unnecessary. I used the restroom within the first hour of arriving. The decorative toilet paper flower on the roll had to be removed, only to find a wet spot where it had been affixed to the roll. As a female, the idea of using damp toilet paper (especially from an unknown source) was one of the most disgusting things ever. "

"Staff great, very welcoming and respectful. Breakfast was really great. Location convenient. Room was clean, but building and room are older and room felt old (clean nonetheless). Like a <= 2-star hotel in room factor. "

"I dont like that regular breakfast is not served any more ,waffle ,eggs etc....just sweet stuff on the go now . Theres nothing a diabetic can eat from all the sweet . I was looking forward to regular breakfast. So this Hotel i wont be staying in anymore . "
