"Loved our stay!! Hotel is in a great location where you can walk or take a grab for just a few mins ride to see main attractions. There’s also 7/11 right next door which was super convenient. There’s bunch of restaurants, massage and laundry places just across. They offer money exchange & have a nice kids club next to the pool!! ;) the only complain was a super slippery shower so hard to wash a toddler but otherwise super happy with the stay!! :) Staff are extra nice & helpful. "The front desk staff on checking out were v vague nice and polite but had no idea how to answer me or understand my Englis...older member tried but trainee just said nothing.l understand he is training of course but to just stare at me like with no attempt to help not reall good and easy v frustrating,sorry🙏😞"

"The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking...

Nice hotel with excellent customer service staff

"Chatrium Hotel Bangkok was our last hotel stop before our vacation was over. As a Platinum Hotels.com member, I was lucky to get an "upgrade" on our room but it didn't seem like an upgrade because I had booked a 1 Bdrm Riverview Suite King Bed and that was what I got? Room was good size and comfortable. Balcony faces the river with a beautiful view. Anyways, hotel is very clean and next to the river. Hotel has a shuttle boat that can take you to ICON SIAM. There are street food along the street but not as busy. Hotel is farther away from Grand Palace, MBK shopping center, and busier areas of Bangkok. Hotel has a Starbucks and 7-11 connected. Breakfast had a huge variety of food. You can't beat breakfast buffets in Asia. The staff always so helpful and kind and goes above and beyond. Would I stay at Chatrium Hotel again? Probably not because it is farther away from all the busier areas and street food and night markets. If you prefer a quieter area, this hotel would be an excellent choice. "
