Service is amazing, property is a bit on the older side but they seem to have constant maintenance. It’s the perfect place for kids under the age of 9, lots of fun activities. The only big downside for me, cause I’m a foody, is their food. Wasn’t very tasty, and restaurant options around it are not too close by.

Best Experience Stay in Bandung.
Great experience. Best hotel in Bandung. Great view, cleanliness and service. The hotel apply good standard for hygiene during Covid19. Amazing adventure park for the children. The service is wonderful, the staff are friendly and helpful, superstar staff, Bintang at the restaurant, Nicho and Akbar at Front Office. Thank you.

We booked for Deluxe room and while check in they ask for need upgrade by paying extra for bath tub. We agreed and moved to superior room. Had dinner at restaurant which was nice and good quantity for the price. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was good and got sufficient verities. Pool was good and kids enjoyed the pool well. Little activities for kids available which was fun as flying fox, feeding rabbits, painting and pancake decorations. karaoke room with pool and table tennis was there. Overall kids enjoyed a lot.

This hotel is really a true gem! The amenities is so suitable for families regardless of age. I enjoyed playing the zipline and archery. The food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G especially the morning Mee Goreng top with a sunny side up and my super love TAHU SUSU! I do also like their range of fruit juice and made sure I have their Bak Choy + Honey + orange juice and Lemon. Oh... have I mentioned about their Yoga classes? ITS A MUST GO! The instructor is really friendly and considerate. He even taught us some couple yoga poses to look picture perfect with their amazing background. The only downside i would probably feedback is the mattress and pillow. Bed is not exactly the most comfortable but still manageable. The pillow though was too flat and soft and it has a slight smell on it. Would be great if it could be thoroughly washed. Lastly, I really like their customer service. How the maid chamber tidy up my room and folded every single clothes he saw in the room and their free ride to and fro bet. the airport to the hotel. Will definitely be back again.

The service and the facilities was exceptional. They prepared a cake with a bouquet of flowers and chocolates since it was my birthday and wedding anniversary trip. The butler was also very helpful in offering to drop and pick us up at the nearby Miss Bee for dinner. It was also raining that day. Subsequently, they got the driver drop us at a cake shop enroute to the airport when I informed I would like to buy some cakes home. The adventure playground appealed to the kids and adults. My toddler enjoyed his stay so much he refused to leave! We really appreciate their hospitality.

5 stars hotel with uncount stars service
the best hotel to relieve fatigue from daily routine, because the hotel is surrounded by forests that far from the fatigue of the city. even though this hotel a bit far from city, but hotel's surround have a lot of great view of cafe/ restaurant such as Kalpa tree, Nara and other restaurant. They have exceptional service and very friendly staff. Adequate facilities that you can do a lot of activities within the hotel such as outbound, treking. kids friendly activites also provided (animal feeding, flyong fox) They also serve delicious local food and serve you afternoon tea with various local snack (the best one ia theie fried banana: soft & sweet taste) overall .. very satisfy stay at Padma Hotel Bandung

Good experience. I and my family enjoy everything less the huge traffic of guests in the hotel. Will be great if were to go in a less congested time of the year. Overall, excellent hotel staffs and facilities.

Friendly staffs from the moment you check in till the day u check out. Very accommodating towards my needs during the stay. Staffs on breakfast duty were very attentive on our needs and feedbacks. Everything was perfect during my stay there. Will definitely visit there soon..

A wonderful hotel with some beautiful scenic views to see from there. Sadly the chair in our room was badly stained and had to be replaced when we arrived. Also, we felt the staff at the buffet were too slow in responding to requests like coffee with milk.

A peaceful foresty stay right in the city
My husband n I had a lovely stay here. Cozy beautiful grounds! D corridors can get a little noisy with loud chatter n kids at times. We enjoyed exploring the place in his quiet. Padma also has acrange of activities in the hotel itself and guests are more then welcome to join in! Theres a dinner buffet every night and n equally impressive spread at breakfast. On a personal note, We would like to mention Albi from F&B who was kind and attentive and even made a warm lovely cup of ginger honey lemon tea as i was not well. We would also like to thank the manager on duty on the 1st of sept at 2am who helpd to arrange transport to d nearest hospital.We could not see meet him to thank him personally.

Resort facing the tranquility of the forest
Beautiful resort with rooms facing the greens of the hill forest. There are lots of activities for children such as a petting zoo, mini soccer field, mini basketball court, archery, mini-golf, flying fox and climbing wall. Pool is heated which is a huge plus.

Reception is so good and fast, kindly to us. If we have suddenly trouble, they came and help us soon. For my kids, fun and happy by fishing and feeding to rabbits and some kinds of pool.
