“Will stay again”

I don't really like the location of this hotel in regards to restaurants, but it's great for my office location! And, they are a very comfortable hotel with awesome customer service! They are in the middle of a remodel so the next time I stay there it will probably be even better. I'd recommend it to anyone.

“Good Hotel n a Good Location”

It was a good comfortable hotel that fit my needs perfectly. Lots of dining, shopping and entertainment was readily available, as was access to the MARTA system.

“Lots of room noise, but clean and comfy.”

Very clean as to be exprected from Hampton. LOTS of room noise, however this is to be expected as our stay was on New Years Eve, however, we could hear toilets flushing, every door that closed nearby, most everyone that walked by our room, whether they were having light discussion or drunken discussion. Breakfast was normal, good. All in all, thumbs up and 4 rating.

“Pretty Good!”

I've never had a complaint with Hampton Inn. We weren't familiar with the area when I was checking for area hotels but when I saw the Hampton Inn in my choices, my choice was made. Excellent customer service! That's worth it's weight in gold.

“Interesting stay”

This was my second stay at this hotel. This second stay wasn't quite as enjoyable as my first time here. The room key didn't work. I had to insert it at least 10 times to maybe get the door to open. I had new keys made several times a day and always had the same problem. I overheard another guest talking to the desk staff about the same problem. I could live with the key situation, as annoying as it was, but when the mirrored closet door fell on me, I was not happy at all. I opened the door, only to have it pull completely out of the wall and fall on me. Luckily I was able to stop it before it actually hit me. I called down to report the problem and maintenance was sent up to repair the door. He could not reattach the door and the door remained leaning against the wall behind some furniture the rest of my stay. In general, the hotel is nice, clean and in a great location. It just seems their maintenance wasn't up to par this stay.

“My Christmas visit.”

Poor housekeeping. Day 1 no washcloths. . Day 2 no bath mat, no shampoo. Bathroom exhaust vent filthy. Breakfast ok (it's great value to include it), but scrambled eggs disgusting (dry and hard) and French toast sticks frightening to look at (I didn't try them). Plenty of fruit, cereals, breads and pastries so there was always something good to eat. A bad stain on the carpet outside the elevator on the 8th floor, looks like bleach, the carpet piece should be cut out and replaced. TV reception quality is not all that good. Overall, for the price, I was satisfied.

“Not Coming Back”

Hotel wasn't what I expected it to be for a Hampton Inn. Was surprised to find out there wasn't a refrigerator (perhaps I should have read the amenities more carefully, but still). The room was also a little small. The breakfast buffet was nothing to rave about. The location, however is great; very close to shopping and restaurants.

“Avoid until renovations completed.”

If I would have know prior to my booking that the entire downstairs lobby would be inaccessible due to renovations, I would have booked another hotel. There wasn't a mention of it on the Expedia website and no discount offered to be inconvenienced. Also, the room didn't have a window shade to prevent the bright parking lot lights from shinning in.
