“Great hotel as a base close to the city centre and the sights.”

A family of four we found the hotel an excellent base just a very short walk to the metro station and only two stops away from the city centre. The metro station is on the metro line in from the airport, but unfortunately due to extension of the line that section is suspended. The hotel was very clean and spacious with good facilities, such as a mini gym area. The kids loved the roof pool, small but ideal to recover from sight-seeing. The staff were unfailingly helpful and recommended a couple of decent local tavernas for the evenings when we did not fancy the 10 minute trip back into the city centre to eat. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and styles of breakfast.The room was spacious, though there was limited drawer storage space for four, and was modern and clean. All in all a stylish and relaxing place to stay and the kids already want to go back.

“Concern for the customer”

I fell on the sidewalk while in Athens and hurt my arm. I went back to the hotel and the Front Office Manager went to great lengths to order first aid supplies and make sure I was taken care of immediately. The care and concern of the hotel staff in total continued until we checked out of the hotel. I have stayed in many, many hotels in my life and this was the absolute best hotel experience I've ever had.

“Would use again”

Staff as friendly as you get in Greece, more than helpful. Easy to get to all of the atractions as a metro station nearby (Megaro Moussikis). There is a main road to cross, however most of the hotels are situated near to or on the road. Pool was a godsend in the afternoon, small but cool. Bus to and from the airport we caught the number 95 buy a ticket on the bus.

“Out of the whole trip best place l stayed.”

Service was 10 out of 10 the rooms cant find words, if ever in Athens must stay!!!!!!!! What you pay for is what you get quality!!!!!

“Crowne Plaze - City Center, Athens”

Great boutique hotel. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Location is very near the Acropolis and the Placa. Rooftop restaurant, pool, and terrace is great. Highly recommended.

“Luxury in a box!”

If your looking for a little class & luxury away from the hussel n bussell, u should consider this place! The hotel used to be the Holiday Inn but refurbished to become the Crown Plaza. The rooms are ultra modern & cozy with very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. The hotel boasts views of the Lekavito which is the highest point in Athens with a beautiful church at the top which if your lucky enough your room view is of this. There is a roof top bar & pool which is pretty cool if u want to chill or catch some rays & the hotel also has a air-conditioned gym with sauna and a massage area :) ok the negatives, there isn't anything around the hotel that is anything special including cafes & restaurants that I could really recommend. The hotel is pretty pricey on food, drinks and not to mention wifi. The hotel staff are professional & curtius but u were expecting warm and family oriented, I would recommend the Holiday suites apartments across the road. Overall it was a really, really nice stay for me.

“Hotel Crowne Plaza à Athènes très bonne adresse, proche d'une station de métro”

Très bonne adresse à Athènes, excellent rapport qualité prix, petit déjeuner cher, mais plusieurs petites pâtisseries avec produits locaux d'une excellente qualité des excellents gâteaux. Situé à 500 m d'une station de métro (Megaro Moussikis), l'accès est facile pour tous les points d'intérêt touristique, l'Acropole, le Musée du Parthenon les Agora le quartier Plaka le Musée d'Archeologie et même le Pire accessible en métro Accès facile par métro de l'aéroport international. Très facile d'accéder en ville pour les virée tardives
