Beautifully designed, with ample space for our family, we had a fantastic stay in West Wittering. We were lucky with the weather given the time of year, but on the one day when we had torrential rain, the large communal spaces meant we were happy to stay inside. "We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. Our grandson loved playing in the garden. It was a really safe enclosure with lots for him to do ( especially the trampoline) The house was within walking distance to East Preston beach which is a lovely little pebble beach that was never busy. There are plenty of amenities within walking distance in the village ( shops, cafes etc) The house is really nice and well equipped. Lots of room so we were never cramped or on top of each other Would highly recommend and...

"Absolutely loved the house! Truly beautiful property in a great location with great attention to detail that has been lovingly crafted. The location is wonderful, a few minutes to the beach. One night in this property and you’ll be captured by it’s spell! It’s wonderful! Lou was very helpful and the house has everything you need. There were 16 of us, all rooms are en suite so no queuing for a shower ha ha!! We will be back one day! Thank you for a great stay!"

"Beautiful, cosy little place with absolutely everything you need for a relaxing couples break. Doreen was kind, friendly and an amazing host. The additional breakfast treats were perfect. Bosham is lovely, we ate in lovely pub/restaurants, walked around the harbour, had a fab little ferry trip across to Itchenor, and Bosham Walk has unique little craft shops. A perfect 4 nights and will definitely stay again."

"Though the property was what we wanted. Phoned agent on arrival, it was obvious the property had not been checked after cleaners. Rubbish left, dishwasher full contents gone mildew. TV kept switching itself off. Though these were dealt with once reported it was a task I felt I should not have had to deal with on arrival."
