First room we were given had a terrible smoke smell(smokefree),they gave us another room which was better.Tgd beds had mattress protectors on them so every time you moved u woke up from noise.Traffic noise is terrible and the neighborhood is about as scary as it gets.

This was much improved since we stayed there last time, about a year ago. They are renovating all their rooms and it’s a good location if you’re shopping if your from points north of Anchorage. Parking was a little tight but not bad. We’ve stayed there a few times and will definitely keep going back as it’s great for the price .

Staff was great. Property is cluttered,dirty,room was "beat up" poor condition. Towels were stained , carpet stained,,seemed dirty.. is probably just wore out.. no inside room security lock.

I was under the impression that when we booked they had free shuttle. They only offer mid May- September and they didn’t want to pick us up. After contacting Expedia they agreed to pick us up from the airport and dropped us off at the train station which was really nice. Overall the experience and room was awful. The neighborhood was scary, even our Uber driver said so. The room had cigarette burns everywhere. Our sheets were stained and ripped in places. The bathtub was a shade of black on the bottom. It was terribly noisy and on the last night a drunk guy and his girlfriend broke up and the man yelled, cried and screamed from the hours of 10pm-4 am, so bad I thought he was going to commit suicide. Front desk was notified but nothing happened. When checking out I was notified they were upgrading their rooms so maybe someone else will have a pleasant stay but for us, we will never be back again.

The staff and inside conditions were good. However, being outside the executive airport, busy highway, and never ending Alaskan days (4:30 am to 11 pm) make sleeping difficult. Off property you’re in the hood … guys on the corner selling dry goods and drinking from brown paper bags. 😬

Biggest issue was the overall smell in the room. Bedsheets on my daughters bed had holes and did not appear clean.

The people who work here really do the most they can to ensure the stay is enjoyable. My only recommendation is to have more vegetarian options (that exclude eggs) for dining especially breakfast and to have them at a separate table.

The carpet was so dirty, that my white socks turned gray in just a matter of minutes. I killed one cockroach, but didn’t see any more. I did, and that the rest of it was clean. I was there for three nights and two of the days and nights the Wi-Fi did not work.

Really old and must have been chain smokers in the room we were in every night for the last 50 plus years and the same mattress for the last 30 years. Should’ve cost less than 60 bucks a night not 160.

Property is old and not in the best part of town but the people were very nice. Shuttle to the the airport at 4 am was great and on time. We felt safe and slept well.

The staff was friendly and the shuttle was convenient. The hotel is located in a bad part of town. It was falling apart. The view outside my window was a old beat up trailer. I would not recommend it

Cleanliness, comfort & safety shouldn’t be too much to ask for. This has none of those. The towels were yellowed & stained so much we questioned if they were actually clean. There were 2 beds that felt like one had a box spring as a top mattress. The neighbourhood is in the middle of an industrial area with a lot of homelessness and obvious mental illnesses. Safety became a concern.

Older worn motel. But staff is friendly and helpful as good or better than anywhere. The breakfast was a huge surprise. Full selection of pastries but also amazingly seasoned delicious hash browns, sausage and scrambled eggs.

The room was very large. Furnishings were dated and a warn. Bed was very comfortable and mattress seemed new. Neighborhood seemed iffy but there was absolutely no issue. Everything was as advertised and was worth the price in our minds. We'd stay there again for sure.

I booked this room knowing that I just needed a place to sleep for one night - in that regard, this place met my expectations. But the room was shabby - the TV didn't get a signal, the WiFi was spotty, and there was a baseball-sized hole through the bathroom door. I appreciated the shuttle service, however one of the shuttle drivers I had was very unprofessional - she bad-mouthed the owner and rambled on about herself and her troubles.
