"Upon arrival they had a cute mothers day basket with little statbursts in bags for guests. Super thoughtful. A little helium balloon decoration as well. Staff were polite but just short and quick to the point. I usually like them to smile and have some sort of conversation. There was no smiling. Actually the guy in morning during check out was more friendly. Room seemed clean ish overall however there was a long black hair hanging from the tub faucet. Good Stay, Nice Pools/Hot Tubs and Great Towels
"Had a very good stay at Seneca Niagara. Rooms were clean and comfortable and there are new bath towels in the rooms. The towels are actually bathsheets and they're great! So wonderful to have a huge towel. It's a little thing but it really makes the stay perfect! Pool and hot tubs were working and pool area was kept clean throughout our stay."
