"This was everything I expected and more. We were down there for my sons wedding, which was at the Hilton a block away. On the beach. This house is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be renting this every time we come to Kitty Hawk, which I like to do once a year by the way, it was beautiful and perfect."

"Great property to enjoy some time right by the beach! Little strange that no linens or items for the bathroom such as a foot mat or towels are included - you will need to bring all of that on your own. The unit could also use a deep clean as in numerous areas, it was incredibly dusty or I could see hair from previous stays. This was not a huge deal to us however as our stay was short and the host was helpful in allowing early check in."

"Everything the owners stated was 100% accurate. We were 8 adults and 2 children and everyone had a fantastic and relaxing time. Any issues where immediately rectified and there were very few. We absolutely loved it."

"This place was a special retreat from all the commercialization of the Kitty Hawk area. It is located in and near one of the few original maritime forests on the island. You could hear all the frogs and crickets singing at night. Each room has a balcony with porch swing, overlooks the water, and has a spectacular sunset view. We would definitely stay here again!!"

"We stay here every time we travel to the Outer Banks. It is a small older hotel. It is clean, the staff is friendly, breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, it is good always well stocked. This hotel is convenient to everything we enjoy while in the area. Close to good restaurant's. We will be back"

"The hotel was in the middle of everything. Could go to Corolla and Duck and also Cape Hatteras. Tons of great food choices. The beds were comfy, the sheets clean. The room was clean too. The only complaint I have is the shower didn’t drain. "
