“Very good place to stay.”

I would definitely stay there again during the Saratoga racing schedule even though it is a little pricey but everthing was nice, clean and convenient.

“Family trip was a success!”

I stayed with my family for one night and was extremely pleased with the hotel staff, cleanliness, etc... We went with a little league hockey group, and they were very accomodating with everyone. There were a TON of kids (hockey and what not) staying here but our room was nice and quiet at night. Great pool by the way! My son and daughter had a blast swimming.

“A Straight Shot Down the Middle: Decent Hotel.”

Average, basic hotel experience, not good, not bad. Room furnished in dreary dark blue and dirty beige. Bed comfortable. Noise, on a non-event weekend, not too bad. Bathroom basic but features the world's roughest TP and off-brand kleenex. Breakfast acceptable--premade cheese omelets, oatmeal, a waffle-maker, little boxes of cereal and basic breadstuffs. An IHOP is just down the road.

“Poor service, unremarkable otherwise”

The sofabed didn't have a top sheet, the telephone didn't work, we were provided with a crib but only a bottom sheet. We're failry certain that the sheets weren't changed during the visit. The hotel was convenient and the complementary breakfast was good - not great.
